I am not huge into heavy metal (yet), but this track, even without the vocals filling in the remaining space, somehow keeps me listening. It is impressive how well the music fits with the anguish-filled lyrics.
Amazing track!

Amazing track!
I appreciate you listening, thanks man!
Man, it is such a shame you couldn't finish this! It is a track that is so far filled with such strong feelinga of hope, pain and determination; it is hard to pin-point the specific feeling it portrays most.
Mixing was very clean too btw. Great job on that!
I really do want to revisit this one at some point. I just suddenly lost inspiration and direction about halfway through writing the 2nd verse. Maybe one day!
This one's quite unique! I like how groovy it feels. Very neat in my opinion!
Thanks!
Such a simple sounding track, but it has such a neat atmosphere around it! In my head, it's like the feeling of trying to run out of an endless hallway.
Only critique ig is the loudness of the mix; it's clean enough, just needs to be a tiny bit louder imo.
Alright, thank you! What’s a good loudness to aim for when mixing? I have a hard time telling when something being too loud is the fault of mixing or just me having my headphones turned up too much.
Damn this is really good! Felt like the high frequencies were lacking just a tiny bit, but I guess that is lofi for ya. I really fw the middle with the interesting drum pattern, I would only add some crazy percussion under it tbh. Great track!
thank you!
Really cool track! It's got the groove with the bass and the drums and all the little elements here and there. Personally, there are two things I would think about if I were to change this song: adding a strong main lead in front, and making the mix louder. The former would give more energy to the track, which is the one thing it needs more of, and the latter would get it sounding a little more professional.
I hope my advice helps! ;D
Thanks! I do have a hard time creating leads lol
Damn, this sounds really good!
I love how the intro feels full of these elements in the background that fill in the track's atmosphere. The buildup is simple, but interesting nonetheless, and it transitions well enough into the next part.
The tenser parts of this song are just super catchy, and the calmer parts really portray a fuller picture of the journey you go through with this song very well. Amazing work!
Also, kudos to one of your cleanest mixes to date. FP 100% deserved!
Thanks!
I tried to make the track sound as full as possible. I knew you would appreciate a buildup with a low pass filter that slides up (I learned that from watching YOU!!) 😂
Super glad that you like this one, thanks for the compliment on the mix, it means a lot coming from you :)
Holy shit, this goes really hard! The arrangement is well done, and that makes the song more interesting to listen to. The mix is pretty clean in my opinion, and there really isn't much else to improve it. The drop is well made, but I would alternate/merge the growls together with some really clean supersaws to make it a tiny bit fuller and more emotive.
Overall, really nice track! Are you participating in the NGUAC this year?
Thanks so much, and great to see you again SpeedoRH!
No, I didn't enter this NGUAC, this time I prefered the NGADM!! :O
Really solid track man! Feels a lot like a summertime-type track, which may or may not have been what you were going for.
Only complaint is that the low frequencies are a tiny bit quiet (we're talking 1db max, this is just a nit-pick and it could just be my taste). Nothing an EQ couldn't fix though. haha
Удачи! :D
Thanks a lot, SpeedoRH, yes, it probably should have worked on the mix a little bit, but this is my main problem, since I make my songs in real 3-6 hours, but next time I will try to fix it as much as possible! Thanks a lot, bro!
This song is just so atmospheric! The instrument/sample selection is really clever, and the mix is done well. I can definitely see you making it far in the NGUAC/NGADM!
Best of luck!
Thank you for the nice words! Best of luck to you too!
